Job description:

  • Design, develop and test the implementation;
  • Work closely with the Team members and centralize the business knowledge;

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Learning the inner workings of the applications;

  • Maintain valid and updated information in company data base;
  • Draw-up specific reports regarding customer orders;
  • Give feed-back to the customer regarding the orders and the delivery time;
  • Manages and creates documents linked with orders dispatch;
  • Effectively manages customer service area;
  • Active monitoring and managing customer service level of the logistics partners;
  • Other responsibilities if required;
  • Prioritize tasks according with their level of urgency and importance.
