What you’ll be doing

  • Process data using our internal operations software
  • Ensure all documents are received and validated within the agreed time frame
  • Assist dispatchers with urgent tasks pertaining to freight documentation
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for a number of clients
  • Prioritize tasks in accordance with their level of urgency and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Participate in safety and accounting training sessions and meetings
  • Work well within a team environment and deliver results at high standards
  • Come up with ideas and suggestions to improve existing processes
